Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1174 1985-01-28 ORDINANCE NUMBER //1-1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SEAL 8EACH RELATING TO SUBDIVISIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 21, Article IV, Section 21.14 of the Code of the City of Seal Beach is hereby amended to read as follows: I Section 21.14. An approved or conditionally approved tentative map shall expire twenty four (24) months after its approval or conditional approval, unless an extension is applied for by the applicant within said twenty four (24) month period. The City Council may grant an extension for a period or periods not to exceed a total of three (3) years.
