If the city sacrifices some revenue to give businesses/local residents/regulars some autonomy, I think the parking meters would have a better chance. (Although I think Cannabis would be a much better revenue opportunity, I want locally grown which takes time.) For the water meter rates, locally grown Cannabis would increase the demand for water drastically. The growth of other Plant Medicines could add even more to this demand. Please add up all the money spent on the road of Westminster Blvd starting from Seal Beach Blvd. For the media thing, the general idea is great, but the dollar amount sounds like a lot and the business idea of membership sounds unlikely due to availability of technology. I do think that Seal Beach should try to make cultural media that could draw people here, have local advertisement/sponsorship, bridge the generation gaps, and strengthen community. I'd be willing to participate. I am still waiting to hear voiced corrections of the record simply stating the whole truth of the law by police and attorney. They can add their professional opinion afterwards, but their statements thus far are intentionally deceitful and disenfranchising to the people of Seal Beach. I believe the 30 days have expired.
