RESOLUTION NUMBER 5573
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH AND COMMUNITY SENIORSERV, INC.
FOR SENIOR NUTRITION AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
I
The City Council of the City of Seal Beach hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City and
SeniorServ, Inc. for senior nutrition and supportive services.
SECTION 2. The City Manager or his designated representative shall execute the
Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Seal Beach, at a
meeting hereof held on the 23rd day of July ,2007 by the following vote:
