1.Seal Beach Municipal Code (SBMC) § 11.2.05.015N.2
allows maximum width of garage and carports exceptions.
2.The proposed garage will be 31 feet wide, approximately
43.7% of the front façade
3.The proposal meets all applicable criteria outlined in the
SBMC.
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission
adopt Resolution No. 25-02 approving Minor Use
Permit 25-0004 with Conditions and find the
project exempt from CEQA.
