To Whom It May Concern:
The Architectural Review Board of Surfside Colony, Ltd. has reviewed the attached set
of plans (7 sheets) and has issued their conditional approved.
It is understood that the work will be in conformance with all pertinent City Codes, as
well as Colony Architectural Guidelines and Rules and Regulations, and that all
necessary permits will be obtained as required.
There should be no deviation of any type from these plans without the express approval
of the Surfside Colony Architectural Board.
All required Colony construction bonds and deposits are to be posted prior to the start of
any work.

Attached are the comments on the plans,
A000.00 - reduce the length of the dog house in the picture to reflect 19'
and not the entire roof.

A00.51- Swinging door of the fence that doesn't exist per Larry?
A00.S1- 2.6 Wood Fence. 100% inside property line or obtain a reciprocal fence agreement with neighbors
A00.51 ***Note: No equipment (hvac, water heaters, etc.) on the sides at ground level. Must be in garage or roof
A02.01 - is there second method of egress?
A02.02 - Show the condensing unit on roof at the FAU. RM
