It is understood that the work will be in conformance with all pertinent City Codes, as well as Colony Architectural Guidelines and Rules and Regulations, and that all necessary permits will be obtained as required. There should be no deviation of any type from these plans without the express approval of the Surfside Colony Architectural Board. All required Colony construction bonds and deposits are to be posted prior to the start of any work.
