Recommended Action
•Each Project requires its own approval.
•Staff recommends that the Planning Commission
adopt Resolution 24-10 for 136 6th Street.
•Staff recommends that the Planning Commission
adopt Resolution 24-11 for 138 6th Street.
•Both projects are a Class 3 Categorical Exemption
(New Construction of Small Structures).
