THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I Section 1. This Amendment No. 2 to the Franchise Agreement between the City of Seal Beach, California and Group W Cable, Incorporated is made this day of , 1983, by and between the City of Seal Beach, a r~unicipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "the City" or "Grantor" and Group W Cable, Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as "Group W" or "Grantee". I WHEREAS, the City and Grantee executed the Franchise Agreement on February B, 19B2; and WHEREAS, Section 4.A. System Construction requires the construction of a full color studio; and WHEREAS, the City of Seal Beach adopted Ordinance Number 113B on February 14, 19B3 approving Amendment No. 1 to the Franchise Agreement extending the requirement for a color studio until September B, 19B3; and WHEREAS, the City and Group Ware working towards locating that color studio in the building known as the Old City Hall; and WHEREAS, plans for remodeling of the Old City Hall call for completion by June 1, 1984.
