Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1157 1983-09-12 ORDINANCE NUMBER //.$"7 , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, M4ENDING CHAPTER 28, ARTICLE XIII OF THE SEAL BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ON-SALE LIQUOR AND OFF-SALE LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENTS I THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. 28-1300(6l(al of the is hereby amended to Chapter 28, Article 13, Code of the City of Seal read as follows: Section Beach, California (al Establishments with on-sale liquor and estab- lishments with off-sale liquor located within 100 feet of residentially zoned property, a church or a school. Any such establishments which qualify for temporary on-sale or off-sale licenses issued to nonprofit charitable corporations under the provisions of the state Business and Professions Code Sections 24045.1, 24045.2, 24045.3, 24045.4, 24045.6, and 24045.7, as may be amended, shall be exempt from this requirement. I Section 2. The City Clerk shall cetify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause same to be published as required by law.
