CALIFORNIA, AMENOING CHAPTER 28 OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COOE BY ADOING SECTION 28-271.1. A OEFINITION OF "SIGN" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 28, Article 2, Oefinitions, of the Seal Beach City Code is hereby amended by adding Section 28-271.1 to read as follows: Section 28-271.1 "Sign" is any medium device or structure used for visual communication or attraction, including any display, illustration, insignia, model, statue or symbol used to identify a place or to advertise or promote the interest of any person; together with the framework. background material, structure and component parts.
