Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1112 1982-03-08 ". , ORDINANCE NO. / / I.:L AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 28 OF THE SEAL BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 28-310, VACANT LAND LIMITATIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 28, Article 3 Establishment of districts and zones, the boundaries thereof and limiting the uses of land and areas required therein of the Seal Beach Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding Section 28-310 to read as follows: I Section 28-310. Vacant Land Limitations. No vehicle, motorized or unmotorized, trailer, or boat may be parked, stored or left standing upon any vacant parcel or lot in any zone unless authorized by the City Manager in conjunction with maintenance of said property, construction activity for which a valid permit has been issued, approved data collection, or other required or authorized activities. Section 2.
