Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1081 1980-05-27 I I I ORDINANCE NUMBER /08/ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH CHANGING THE ZONE OF ONE BLOCK OF OCEAN AVENUE FROM C-l, SERVICE COMMERCIAL TO R-3, HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The zone of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block D, Tract No.1 and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block H, Tract No. 1009 (bounded by Ocean Avenue, Dolphin Avenue, Seal Way Alley and 14th Street) is changed from C-l, service commercial to R-3, high density residential. SECTION 2. The zone change is consistent with the City's General Plan. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law. SECTION 4. The City Clerk is directed to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Seal Beach to reflect the changes set forth herein.
