The meeting was called to order by Chairman Harding at 7:35 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance was given. ROLL CALL - Present: Absent: Al so Present: Case, Harding, Payne, Parmelee, Torem None Antos, Associate Planner, City of Seal Beach APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes of Sept. 6, 1977 and Sept. 22, 1977 were approved as written. ORAL C0I1MUNICATIONS Osteen reported on the upcoming flu clinics for seniors. WRITTEN CO~~UNICATIONS There were no written communications. OLD BUSINESS A. Skateboard Park. Osteen made a progress report. B. Tennis Court Resurfacing. Osteen reported Heather Park courts have been completed and bids for Marina Park courts should go out next week. C. Proposed Re-development of Trailer Park. Antos presented proposal to Commission. Discussion followed. Nelsen, Chairman of EQCB, made a statement. After further discussion of the alternatives, it was moved, seconded and unanimously approved to send the fOllowing recommendation to City Council: .
