SEAL BEACH RECREATION AND PARKS COMMISSION The Seal Beach Recreation and Parks Commission met in adj ourned session on Tuesday, March 11, 1975 in the Council Chambers, City Administration Building. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Harding at 7:30 p.m. and the Pled~e of Allegi~ce was given. ROLL CALL Present: Absent: , ' Harding, Parmelee, Payne Case, Torem APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of minutes of February 4 was tabled until next meeting due to lack of a quorum of those present at that meeting. Payne moved, Parmelee second to approve minutes of February 27 as written. It was unanimously approved. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Two members from the community spoke on handball courts requesting that the Recreation Commission condider construction. IVRITIEN COMMUNICATIONS Parmelee moved, Payne second to recommend that City Council approve the Seventh Annual Rough Wate Swim to be held July 27, 1975. It was unanimously approved. YOUTH COMMISSION There was no youth commission business. (e OLD BUSINESS Payne moved, Parmelee second to approve revised Youth Commission Guidelines as written. It was unanimously approved. Parmelee moved, Payne seco~d to approve the Resolution governing fees and charges for Municipal Community Center Buildings as revi~ed and to forward to City Council for final approval.
