regarding the Marina Park Equipment could do so at this time.
.
Osteen explained the program. Discussion followed with a final decision to hold a
Special Commission Meeting to receive resident input regarding the type of equipment
preferred. Tina Stevenson, Seal Beach Play Group teacher, volunteered to provide a

had questions regarding how much park area was available when a field was reserved
and made comments regarding how the system could be improved. Recreation Supervisor
in charge of sports, Kirk Zuniga, spoke on the issue and agreed that the field
rental agreement could use an "area-of-use" section. Osteen indicated that Zuniga
was in the process of reviewing fees and that an increase was to be recommended for
field use by adult and non-resident groups as well as a one-month/two-month advance
reservation clause for resident/non-resident groups.
