SEAL BEACH PARK AND RECREATIOH CONMISSIOI,
The Seal Beach Park and Recreation Commission met in regular session on Tuesday,
June 6, 1972, in the Council Chambers, City Administration Building. The meeting
was called to order at 7:~5 p.m. by Chairman Torem and the Pledge of Allegiance "

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Dreyer moved, Iseda second to approve the minutes of May 2, 1972 as written.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

Lifeguard Lieutenant Tim Dorsey extended an invitation to the Commissioners to
attend the World Life Saving Symposium Dinner in Huntington Beach, on Saturday,
July 15, 7:00 p.m.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
There were no written communications.
OLD BUSINESS
Commissioners recommended a letter be sent to City Council r~guarding guard rails
at Bluebell Park.
Commissioners requested the First Street Beach Development be placed on the next
agenda.
Jay Covington, ~557 Candleberry, requested information on Bixby property as related
to the proposed Open Space Recreation Element.
NE,T BUSINESS
~ Commissioners requested a letter be written to the College Park Homeowners Associ-
ation expressing appreciation for the donation for Bluebell Park.
