AYES: Dreyer, Iseda, Kredell, Torem NOES: None Motion carried. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS . Lifeguard Lieutenant Tim Dorsey extended an invitation to the Commissioners to attend the World Life Saving Symposium Dinner in Huntington Beach, on Saturday, July 15, 7:00 p.m. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS There were no written communications. OLD BUSINESS Commissioners recommended a letter be sent to City Council r~guarding guard rails at Bluebell Park. Commissioners requested the First Street Beach Development be placed on the next agenda. Jay Covington, ~557 Candleberry, requested information on Bixby property as related to the proposed Open Space Recreation Element. NE,T BUSINESS ~ Commissioners requested a letter be written to the College Park Homeowners Associ- ation expressing appreciation for the donation for Bluebell Park. (. . .
