I'm a Seal Beach resident and have been working to protect and restore the Los Cerritos Wetlands for about 20 years.
California has lost 95% of its original wetlands, so I was encouraged when ground was broken on restoration of the Seal
Beach portion of the wetlands.
I'm concerned over the impact of the proposed Hellman property solar installation, very close to to the soon-to-be restored
wetlands.
I urge an environmental impact report to insure the solar installation will not adversely affect wildlife or the public's
enjoyment enjoyment of the wetlands.
