A RESOLUTION OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
AND THE SEAL BEACH CABLE COMMUNICATIONS
FOUNDATION
WHEREAS, the City uses the services of the Seal Beach Cable Communications
Foundation to film and make public meetings available to the public; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Seal Beach wishes to engage with the public using Seal
Beach Television (SBTV-3) as an opportunity to participate in local government;
and,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Seal Beach City Council does resolve, declare,
determine, and order as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves a Professional Services
Agreement between the Seal Beach Cable Communications
Foundation and City of Seal Beach to provide services related to
public access television including but not limited to the filming of
public meetings.
Section 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the
Agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED by the Seal Beach City Council at a
regular meeting held on the 23rd of February 2026, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Kalmick, Wong, Senecal, Steele, Landau
NOES: Council Members
ABSENT: Council Members
ABSTAIN: Council Members
