Subject:Hellman Solar project before the City Council this evening
Dear Mr Temple,
I am wriƟng to express my opposiƟon to the Hellman Solar Project. As I stated in a previous email, it is very unseƩling
that the City of Seal Beach feels that locaƟng these panels adjacent to sensiƟve wetlands, and placed on what is
historical, albeit degraded, wetlands is acceptable. With that said, the very least that the City can do is to require the
Hellman Company do a FULL EIR such that all potenƟal adverse impacts can be fully evaluated and presented to all
interested parƟes.
Please let the Council know that I support pausing this project and requiring a full Environmental Impact Report.
