Dear Mr. Temple.
I urge you to vote for an EIR on the proposed solar panel construction near the Los Cerritos
Wetlands.
The wildlife habitat of that location demands that Interference be minimal for migrating birds. The
glare from
solar panels can redirecting migrating birds and can cause MORE reduction of wild bird
populations. This
is unacceptable.
Please consider asking for an EIR for the sake of transparency.
