CALL AND NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE SEAL BEACH CITY COUNCIL
TO THE PUBLIC AND MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT, pursuant to §54956 of the California Government
Code, Mayor Landau hereby calls a Special Closed Session Meeting of the Seal Beach
City Council to be convened in the City Manager Conference Room at 211 8th Street, Seal
Beach, California, 90740 on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(d)(2) — One potential (1) case involving a threat of litigation regarding
a proposed development at 4665 Lampson Avenue, Los Alamitos, CA.
A record of the threats of litigation is available for inspection in the City Clerk's
office.
