Element Programs
•Update Zoning Regulations to Comply with State Law
•Reduce Governmental Constraints to Housing Development
•Promote Affordable Housing Opportunities

Rights in Redevelopment Projects
•ADU Ordinance Updates
•Code updates to Streamline Reasonable Accommodation Requests, and parking
requirements for expansion of residential homes
•Meeting and discussing programs and projects with outside agencies such as the
Navy, OC Housing Authority, Fair Housing Council of Orange County
•Implementation of Online Permitting Software
•Use of CDBG Funds for Bathroom Accessibility Renovations in Leisure World
