Home My WebLink AboutCC Ord 1061 1979-04-23 I .. I I . . . . ORDINANCE NO. /~ 6/ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH IMPOSING A STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR ACTIONS ATTACKING ZONING DECISIONS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Article 27 of Chapter 28 of the Code of the City of Seal Beach, California is amended by adding Section 28-~.;1~.J to read: 'r SEC. 28~~tute of Limitations for Actions Attacking Zoning Decisions. Any court action or proceeding to attack, review, set aside, void or annul any decision regarding the General Plan or any matter mentioned in this Chapter or concerning any of the proceedings, acts or determinations taken, done or made prior to such decision, or to determine the reasonableness, legality or validity of any condition attached thereto, shall not be maintained by any person unless such action or proceeding is commenced within sixty (60) days after the effective date or such decision. Thereafter all persons are barred from any such action or proceeding or any defense of invatddity or unreasonableness of such decision or of such proceedings, acts or determinations. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
