ORDINANCE NUMBER /D~ I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH CHANGING THE ZONE OF THE 3.5 ACRE EDISON TRIANGLE SITE FROM C-O, PROFESSIONAL OFFICE, TO C-2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The zone of the 3.5 acre Edison triangle site bounded by Pacific Coast Highway, Marina Drive and Fifth Street is changed from C-O to C-2, Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law. Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Seal Beach to reflect the changes set forth herein, PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council_2f~he City~ S~ Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the ~day of ~ , 1978.
