ORDINANCE NO. ~t?~~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH AMENDING SECTIONS 28-1400, 28-1401 AND 28-1403 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH TO PERMIT THE USE LUMBER YARD/HOME IMPROVEMENT CENTER AND ESTABLISH A PARKING REQUIREMENT FOR THAT TYPE OF USE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The use "Lumber Yard/Home Improvement Center" shall be . added as Item (h) to Section 28-1400 (11). " Section 2. Jhe use "Lumber Yard/Home Improvement Center" shall be -- added as Item (h) to Section 28-1401 (1), Section 3. The use "Lumber Yard/Home Improvement Center" and parking requirement of "1 for each 500 sq. ft. of gross floor area of the building and 1 for each 1000 sq. ft. of outside storage area" shall be added as Item (g) to Section 28-1403 (4). I Section 4.
