THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 28-700, Permitted Uses, shall be amended by the addition of subsection 28-700(3)(b) to Article 7, Medium Density Residential Zone, of Chapter 28, Zoning, of the Seal Beach City Code, Sec. 28-700(3)(b) Permitted Uses. Conversion of existing apartments into condominiums, Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
