THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The zone of Lot A, Tract No. 4748, commonly known as the Leisure World Golf Course is hereby changed from R-3-PD, High Density Residential - Planned Unit Development, to R-G, Recreational Golf. Section 2, This zone change is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Seal Beach. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
