THE CITY COUNCIL DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 28, Zoning of the Code of the City of Seal Beach, is amended as follows: Sec. 28-1200 Permitted uses: (g) The following subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit: Add: (d) Churches.
