" RESOLUTION NUMBER ~t?~~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH ESTABLISHING BUILDING VALUATION DATA AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 2951. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: ., '. WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 1079 of the City of Seal. Beach provfdlt,s for permit fees as per the Uniform Codes adopted; and ., WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 1079 further provides that building valuation data not included in the Uniform Codes be established by resolution of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in the interest of conformity in the building industry the building valuation data be adopted by amending Exhibit "A" of Resolution Number 2951 as follows: 1. Building Valuation Data shall be as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution Number 2951 dated February 25, 1980, is hereby amended. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that he aforementioned building valuation data set _f~ in Exhibit "A" at heret shall become effective on the ~"- day of , 1981.
