WHERFAS ,
the Tentative Tract Map No. 10421, duly filed by Janes R. Watson,
101 Main Street, Suite A, Seal Beach, California, was approved by
the City Council on August 28, 1978i and
WHERFAS, the property is described as lot 28, Block 105, Tract Bay City,
and is IIDre I..ULIlLJIUY known as 228 5th Street; and
WHERFAS, the proposal is to convert an existing duplex into a blo-unit
condaninium; and
WHERFAS, the City Engineer has reported that the final map is ~tantia11y
in oonfcmnance with the approved tentative map; and
WHERFAS, the final map is in oonfcmnance with the Subdivision Map Act and
all City ordinances.

~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal
Beach finds the final map for the Tract No. 10421 in oonfcmnance with the
tentative map approved on August 28, 1978, by the City Council, does
approve the final tract map for 228 - 5th Street, authorizes the City
Clerk and City Engineer to certify the map on / f f the City.
