AND AMENDING THE SEAL BEACH CITY CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 28, Article 4 of the Seal Beach City Code is amended by repealing paragraph (3) of Section 28-401 reading: (3) Building heights on small lots in all districts: On any lot, parcel or building site containing less than 875 Square feet, no structure shall exceed 1 story or 15 feet in height, whichever is less. Section 2. Chapter 28, Article 7 of the Seal Beach City COde is amended by repealing paragraph (3) of Section 28-701 reading: ~3) Building heights on small lots in all districts: On any lot, parcel or building site containing less than 2400 square feet, no structure shall exceed 1 story or 15 feet in height, whichever is less. Section 3. Chapter 28, Article 8 of the Seal Beach City Code is amended by repealing paragraph (8) of Section 28-801 reading: C8) On any lot, parcel or building site containing less than I 2400 square feet, no structure shall exceed 1 story or 15 feet in height, whichever is less. Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of il . this Ordinance and shall cause same to be published as required ,;,_ by law.
