HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Res 2790 1978-06-27• 1 1 • • RESOLUTION NO. 47,70 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH ESTABLISHING BUILDING VALUATION DATA AND MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO 2571. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 994 of the City of Seal Beach provides for permit fees as per the Uniform Codes adopted; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 994 further provides that building valuation data and miscellaneous fees not included in the Uniform Codes be established by resolution of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in the interest of conformity in the building industry the building valuation data and miscellaneous permit fees be adopted as follows: 1. Building Valuation Data shall be as shown on Exhibit "A" attached. 2. Miscellaneous fees shall be as shown on Exhibit "B" attached. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2571 dated July 28, 1976 is hereby rescinded. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforementioned building valuation data and miscellaneous fees set forth in .Exhibit "A" and "B" attached hereto shall become effective on the ,QT day o..,, 1978.
