AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, A CHARTER CITY, FIXING THE
COMPENSATION OF THE CITY TREASURER AND
AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH.
Pursuant to Section 421 of the Official Charter of the City of Seal
Beach, the City Council of the City of Seal Beach ordains as follows:
Section 1.
Section 2.
That Chapter If, Article 1 of the Code of the City
of Seal Beach is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2-7.3 - Compensation - City Treasurer. The
compensation of the City Treasurer of the City of
Seal Beach, California, shall be the sum of $490.00
per month.
That Ordinance Number 935 is hereby repealed.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause same to be published
in accordance with law.
Section 3.
