ORDINANCE NO. 9..;z 9 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 628 (ZONING) WITH THE AMENDMENT OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY CHANGING THE ZONE OF VARIOUS PARCELS OF LAND IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE ADOPTED LAND USE ELEMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. With reference to the official city zoning map, Ordinance No. 628 (Zoning) is hereby amended as shown in Exhibit "A" (map) and Exhibit "B" (descriptions of subject property). Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach and shall cause the same to be posted according to law and it shall take effect thirty (30) days after its final passage and adoption.
