With reference to the Official City ?oning ~Ap, {lrdinance No. 628 (Zoning) is hereby amended by zoninR that portion of the City which lies West of the San Gabriel River and South of Marina nrive C-l, Service Commercial Zone; specifically described and illustrated by map in Exhibit "A" attached. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach and shall cause the same to be posted according to law and it shall take effect thir~y (30) days after its final passage and adoption.
