AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING SECTION 2 OF. ORDINANCE NUMBER 794, REDUC-
ING THE CASH BASIS WORKING CAPITAL FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance Number 794 is hereby
amended to read:
The appropriations to the Cash Basis Working
capital Fund in the amount of Five-Hundred-
Thousand Dollars ($500,000) are hereby reduced
to an amount of One-Hundred-Fifty-Thousand
Dollars"'($150, 000) 1 provided that in no
instance shall money be transferred as an
appropriation to said Cash Ba~is Working
Capital Fund an amount from any fund which
would leave such fund in a deficit position.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the city of
Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the ~t day of~_..~__,
