BEACH MET IN REGULAR SESSIO~ ON WED~ESDAY

are submltted to the Plann1ng Commlsslon for reVlew and leason ble
attempts are made to comply with Sec 65302 of the Government Code
deal1ng w1th proV1s10ns of hous1ng for low and model ate 1ncom~
persons Mot10n d1ed for lack of second R1pperdall moved to
approve the PUD and recommend to the Redevelopment Agency approval
of the concept and recommended to C1ty Counc11 approval of PUD
w1th SlX cond1tlons found 1n the Staff Report and prOV1S10n of
n1ne (25/) slngle story houses 1n the development The 10rat1on
of the slngle story houses to be determ1ned by Staff Seconded by
Madsen and approved by the follol1ng vote
