(p 11 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH AMEND- ING COUNCILMANIC DISTRICTS NUMBER THREE, NUMBER FOUR, AND NUMBER FIVE BY ADDING THERETO CERTAIN ANNEXED TERRITORY AND EXCLUDING FROM" DISTRICT NUMBER FOUR CERTAIN EXCLUDED TERRITORY. The City Council of the City of Seal Beach ordains as follows: Section 1, That the territory of Councilmanic District Number Four is amended by the addition of the following territory thereto as described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set out at this point. Section 2. That the territory of Councilmanic District Number Four is amended by the exclusion of the following territory thereto as described in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set out at this point. Section 3. That the territory of Councilmanic District Number Three is amended by the addition of the following territory thereto as described in Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set out at this point. Section 4. That the territory of Councilmanic District Number Five is amended by the addition of the following territory thereto as described in Exhibit D attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set out at this point. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and shall, within 15 days after adoption, be published by posting as provided by law. , PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this if)(I' day of January, 1966.
