RESOLUTION NUMBER 5591
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS TO
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT NO. 49886
SEWER PUMP STATION #35 UPGRADE (PHASE 1)
I
WHEREAS, on November 14,2005, City of Seal Beach entered into a contract with Cora
Constructors, Inc.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work has been substantially
completed in accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNClL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That the work required to be performed by said Contractor has been
completed.
That the total cost of said work is in the amount of $511,048.03.
That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
It is further ordered that a "Notice of Completion", Exhibit A, be filed on
behalf of the City in the Office of the Orange County Recorder within 10
days of the date of this resolution.

PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach at
a regular meeting held on the 13th day of August ,2007 by the following vote:
