AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
CLC6ING CATALINA AVENUE AT ITS INTER-
SECTION WITH BAY BOULEVARD TO THROUGH
TRAFFIC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. No person shall drive any vehicle into or upon
Catalina Avenue from Bay Boulevard or into or upon Bay Boulevard
from Catalina Avenue in the City of Seal Beach.
Section 2.
Catalina Avenue
Bay Boulevard.
A barrier shall be erected and maintained closing
to through traffic at its intersection with
. Section 3. That the City Council finds and declares that the
intersecting of Catalina Avenue and Bay Boulevard is no longer needed
for vehicular traffic and that the intersecting of said two streets
creates a dangerous hazard and endangers the lives, health, safety,
and general welfare of persons using the same.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the c~tY~Seal Beach shall
certify to the passage of this Ordinance and snaIl cause the same
to be published.
