I 1 1 ~ , RESOLtrrION No.fir7.r A RESOLtrrION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DIRECTOR'S DEED FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. The City Council of the City of Seal Beach, California, does hereby resolve: WHEREAS, The State of California, acting by and through its Director of Public Works, has offered to convey to the City of Seal Beach, a Director's Deed for certain real property in the City of Seal Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit A attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby accept said Director's Deed from the State of California, dated June 28th, 1967. Section 2. The City Clerk is instructed to record said Director's Deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution forthwith. Together with those certain access rights over and across the general northerly line of that portion of. the hereinabove described parcel of lanu conveyed to the state of California by Parcel 1 of said deed recorded in Book' 5082, page 307 of said Official Records, in said office, and also those certain access rights reserved by the state of California, in the southerly line of the parcel of land conveyed by the state of California in said deed recorded in said Book 6806, page 575. EXCEPTING and RESERVING unto the state of California any and all rights of ingress to or egress from the real property herein conveyed, to or from the freeway upon lands lying Southerly of said real property. It is the purpose of the foregoing exception and reservation to prOVide that no easement of access shall attach or be appurtenant to the property hereby conveyed by reason of the fact that the S8me abuts upon a state highway. ALSO EXCEPTING and RESERVING unto the State of California, its successors and assigns, an easenlent for publiC utility purposes, upon, over and across said above described 10-foot strip of land, together with all righl;s of ingress and egress to and from said lands; provided, however, that grantee, his successor's and assigns may use the surface of the above described easement area, without, however, the right to build permanent structures thereon.
