A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH RELEASING SIXTY-SIX FEET OF
TWO-INCH WET GAS PIPELINE FROM PIPELINE
FRANCHISE.
City Ordinance Number 474 grants a pipeline franchise to
Hancock Oil Company, its successors and assigns; and
Signal Oil and Gas Company has by due process of law
become a successor to Hancock Oil Company; and
Signal Oil and Gas Company has made application to City
for release of sixty-six feet of two-inch wet gas pipe-
line from pipeline franchise; and
The City finds no objection to the release of said two-
inch wet gas pipeline from pipeline franchise;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH that sixty-six feet of two-inch wet gas pipeline is
released from said franchise covered under Ordinance Number 474.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1967, by
the City Council of the City of Seal Beach at a meeting thereof
by the following vote:
