RESOLUTION NO. 1597
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPrING A CORPORATION
GRANT DEED FROM TEDROW CORP.
WHEREAS, TEDROW CORP., a corporation organized under the laws of
the State of California, has offered to convey a corpora-
tion grant deed to certain property, described in Exhibit
A, to the City of Seal Beach for park and recreation
purposes;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, does hereby
resolve:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby
accept said corporation grant deed, dated September 5, 1967, from
Tedrow Corp.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 5th day of September, 1967,
by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen Gemmill, Gummere, Hamilton, Dreis, Anderson
NOES:
Councilmen None
ABSENT:
Councilmen None

LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SEAL BEACH PARK SITE NORTH OF GARDEN
GROVE FREEWA Y WEST OF OLEANDER STREET.

2 That portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 4 South,
3 Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Alamitos, in the City of Seal Beach,
4 County of Orange, State of California, as per map filed in Decree of
5 Partition in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County,' California,
6 Case No. 13527, a certified copy of the final decree of said case having been
7 recorded February 2, 1891 in book 14 page 31 of Deeds of said Orange
8 County, described as follows:
9 Beginning at the centerline intersection of Oleander Street and Almond
10 Avenue as shown on map of Tract No, 6421 as per map recorded in
11 book 234 pages 18 and 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of'said Orange
12 County, said intersection being marked by 0, C. S, Type "A" monument as
13 shown on said map; thence along said centerline of Oleander Street
14 NO" 11' 35" E 123.78 feet; thence N 89" 48' 25" W 109.50 feet to a tangent
15 curve concave Northerly having a radius of 250,00 feet; thence Westerly
16 along said curve 28.07 feet through a central angle of 6" 26' 01"; thence
17 tangent to said curve N 83" 22' 24" W 274. 14 feet to a tangent curve concave
18 Southerly having a radius of 250.00 feet; thence Westerly along said curve
19 28.05 feet through a central angle of 6" 25' 40"; thence tangent to said curve
20 N 89" 48' 04" W 58.71 feet; thence S 0" 11' 56" W 167.00 feet; thence
21 S 89" 06' 54" W 34. 35 feet; thence S 00 53' 06" E 15.00 feet to the Northerly
22 line of the land described in Parcell of deed to the State of California
23 recorded February 2, 1960 in book 5082 page 307, Official Records of said
24 Orange County; thence along said Northerly line N 89" 06' 54" E 531. 72 feet;
