The City Council of the City of Seal Beach, California firids as

on a knuckle in the street.
2. The lot is pie-shaped and there exists only five
similar lot situations in the development known as
College Park West in which said property is located;
3. Because of these unique situations the Seal Beach
City Council does not believe that granting this variance
will work any hardship on any of the adjacent property
owners, but, in the opinion of the Council, will imp~ove
the general area, and more than likely improve property
values;
4. Tpe conditions specified by ordinance for the granting
of a variance have been fulfilled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, that the request of Wilford J. McKinnon
