RESOLUTION NUMBER ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, A CHARTER CITY, ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED FROM THE FRED H. BIXBY RANCH COMPANY.
WHEREAS, Fred H, Bixby Ranch Company, a corporation, has offered to
convey to the City of Seal Beach an easement for road purposes over
Parcels land 2, to be known as Aster Street, described in the attached
Exhibit A, pages 1 to 3,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, That the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby
accept said Grant Deed, dated January 30, 1968, from Fred H, Bixby
Ranch Company, a corporation,
Section 2, The City Clerk is instructed to record said Grant Deed
with the County Recorder of Orange County,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 5th day of February, 1968,
by the following vote: '
