" . : ,". i ; i RESOLUUON NO. ..dIlL I: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIm CITY OF SEAL BEACH I>STABLISHING BUILDING PERI-lIT AND PLAN CHECK FEES AND RESCINDING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS, Ordi~ance No. 855 of the City of Seal Beach does provide that a schedule of appropriate fees shall be paid to the Building Official as established by resolution of the City Council. , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby declared that in the interest of conformity with the fees adopted by other neighboring jurisdictions and the state of the economy the fee schedules for permits and plan checks shall be as follows: 1. BuildinR fees shall be as shown on Exhi~it "A" attached. 2. Valuation data shall be as shown on Exhibit "B" attached. 3. GradinR fees shall be as shown on Exhibit "c" attached. 4. Miscellaneous fees shall be as shown on Exhibit "D" attached. I~ 5. PlwnbinR fees shall be as shown on Exhibit "E" attached. 6. Mechanical fees shall be as shown on Exhibit "F" attached. 7. Electrical fees shall be as shown on Exhibit "G" attached. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution 2164, dated the 8th day of January 1973 and all other resolutions pertaining to building fees are hereby rescinded.
