A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED AS TO PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT 362 - FIRST STREET IMPROVE-
MENTS, PHASE 3 - IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT ENTERED
INTO BETWEEN SILVERI & RUIZ CONSTRUCTION CO. AND THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH.
The City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby resolve:
WHEREAS, on the 21st Day of August, 1973, the City of Seal Beach had entered
into a contract with Silveri & Ruiz Construction Co. for the construction of
First Street Improvements, Phase 3, Project 362, in the City of Seal Beach; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted his approval of the final quantities
and cost figures;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does resolve as
follows:
Section 1. That the work required to be performed by said contractor has been
completed.
Section 2. That the total cost of said work is in the amount of $88,203.94.
Section 3. That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 4. It is further ordered that a "Notice of Completion" be filed, on
behalf of the City, in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange within ten days of the date of this resolution.
