A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH. CALIFORNIA. ACCEP'l'ING FROM
SEAL BEACH COUN'rRY CLUB APARTMENT. A GENERAL
PARTNERSHIP. A GRANT DEED FOR A DOMESTIC
WATER SYSTEM.
WHEREAS .
Seal Beach Country Club Apartments. a general partnership. bas of'f'ered
to convey to the City ot Seal Beach a Grant Deed tor the construction.
maintenance and operation of' a domestic water system over. along. in
and across certain real property as described in the attached
"Exhibit A."
NOW. THEREFORE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH hereby resolves to
accept trom the Seal Beach Country Club Apartments a Grant Deed. subject
to conditions set torth in said Grant Deed.

strips of land lying within the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles, State
of Cal1fornia described as follows:
Parcel A: A strip of land 10 ft. wide lying 5 ft. on either side of the follOWing
described line: Beginning at a point in the southeasterly line of said Parcell,
distant thereon N 54048'38"E 18.00 ft. from the most southerly corner thereof;
thence N 36029'59"W 168.80 ft. to hereinafter referred to "point A"; thence
