A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A NINETY DAY
EXTENSION OF THE CONTRACT TO PERFORM PROJECT #0849,
RESIDENTIAL CRIME PREVENTION.
the City Council of the City of Seal Beach deems a ninety day
extension of the contract for Project #0849 to be of benefit
to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach
authorizes a ninety day extension of the contract to perform Project #0849,
Residential Crime Prevention and in the event that the California Council
on Criminal Justice consents to extend the project and authorizes the real-
location of $3,000.00 of grant funds, the City Manager is authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Seal Beach, the contract for the extension
of the grant and the reallocation of $3,000.00 of grant funds.
WHEREAS,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that grant funds received hereunder shall not be used
to supplant ongoing law enforcement expenditures.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Ci~Y f Seal Beach,
