RESOLUTION NO. ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO TIlE GENERAL TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR UTILITY PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the General Telephone Company, a corporation, has requested a grant of easement for utility ~poses in and under a portion of the westerly extension of Electric Avenue and the, Corporation Maintenance Yard, said real property owned by the City of Seal Beach; and , WHEREAS, granting of said easement is in accordance with a policy established by the City of Seal Beach for the undergrounding of all utilities. NOW, THEREFORE, TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF SEAL BEACH hereby resolves to grant an easement to the General Telephone Company in and under certain real property as described in said Grant Deed and subject to conditions as set forth in said Grant Deed.
