A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, A CHARTER CITY, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RENUMBER CERTAIN
RESOLUTIONS.
The City Council of the City of Seal Beach, California, a charter city,
does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution Number 1670, a resolution accept-
ing a corporation grant deed for an easement from Apollo Development
Corporation, passed, approved, and adopted by the City Council on
the 25th day of May, 1968, be renumbered as RESOLUTION NUMBER 1670-A.
Section 2. That Resolution Number 1678, a resolution modifying
requirements concerning average lot size as specified by Resolution
Number 1342, be renumbered as RESOLUTION NUMBER 1680.
Section 3, That Resolution Number 1680, a resolution honoring~
Dean H, Gemmill, be renumbered as RESOLUTION NUMBER- l6 78.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 15th day of July, 1968,
by the following vote:
